Obituary for Reese J. Pietrowski

It is with broken hearts that we inform our family and friends of Reese's sudden passing on August 2, at home in Daytona Beach Shores, Florida. Reese was born in Bremond, Texas and moved to Michigan as a teenager. He graduated with honors from the University of Detroit Mercy after honorable discharge from the army. He served in Korea. His career consisted primarily of automobile fleet leasing. He moved to St. Louis, Missouri in 1968 to start a leasing company, to Dallas in 1987, and then retired to Florida in 2008. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Carol Nordstrom Pietrowski; son, Todd Cary Pietrowski; daughter, Kriss Ann Armstrong; son, Reese A. Pietrowski; and four grandchildren. He is predeceased by his parents, Louis and Stella and eight siblings. He was next to youngest of thirteen children. He is also survived by his brother, Louis; sisters, Marie Dlugokinski, Evelyn Verner, and Betty Joe Ronewicz; numerous nieces and nephews; and sister-in-law, Joanne Nordstrom Wetzel
