Obituary for Noah David Jelso

Noah David Jelso, age 25, passed away unexpectedly at home Wednesday April 20th, 2022. When you think of Noah, you immediately remember his sense of humor and charisma! He had a smile that brightened up any room. In the words of Noah himself, he was “A gentleman, a scholar, and an ordained minister”. He had a deep affection for fashion, the arts, nature, and most importantly his family and friends. Noah wore his heart on his sleeve and had a gift to see the goodness in everyone. He will be deeply missed.

Noah is survived by his parents Paul and Amy Baerwalde and siblings Katelyn (Dave) Pogoreski, Hayley, Andrew, Amanda, Katie and Patrick. He is preceded in death by his father, David Jelso. Noah’s legacy lives on through his loving grandma, aunts, uncles and cousins. He will forever be in our hearts.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be to the family who plan to make a contribution to U of M’s Neurology and Epilepsy center in Noah’s honor.
