Mary Laurel Brady, 30, of Howell, Michigan and formerly of Asheville, North Carolina passed away on Thursday, May 26, 2022.
Mary Laurel Brady was born on December 14, 1991 in Asheville, North Carolina to Karl, Sr, and Mary Joyce Brady. After moving to Michigan, Mary graduated from Hartland High School in 2010. She earned an associate degree from Washtenaw Community college and always loved learning. She had a passion for video games and was studying for school in video game design with a goal of attending the University of Advancing Technology in Phoenix, Arizona.
Her love of gaming, along with technology of today, made her many friends around the world. She loved being connected to others, playing games and being in a place where she could be herself. Mary had a love of animals and cherished her time spent with her late fur brother Buttons. She worked at McDonald’s for many years and earned the respect of co-workers as well. Mary had a unique way about her that you always knew what she liked or didn’t like, and never sugar-coated anything. She will be greatly missed by her family and all her friends around the globe.
Devoted daughter of Karl Brady, Sr. and the late Mary Joyce Brady. Dear sister of Karl Brady, Jr. (Kate). Loving niece of James T. Brady (Joan), Dennis Brady (Marie), Charlene Allison (Keith), Beverly Kirkman, Dan Bowen, Jr., Dorothy Nance (Keith), and the late Steven Brady and the late Dianne Oulahchoum (Farid). Also survived by many cousins, friends around the world, and she was also the favorite fur aunt of Winston and the fur sister of the late Buttons.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 31, 2022 from 3:00pm-8:00pm at Lynch & Sons Funeral Home 600 E. Main St. Brighton, MI 48116.
