Obituary for Lewis Campbell "Lew" Johnstone

Lewis Campbell “Lew” Johnstone, a resident of Walled Lake, former resident of Hartland, and former Plant Manager of Fenton Heading Division and Vice President of Ring Screw Works, died on August 25, 2018 at the age of 84.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Sue Johnstone, in 2012, parents, Arthur and Kathleen Johnstone, and siblings, Allan Johnstone and Lois Sheldon.

He is survived by his sons, Lance (Veronica) Johnstone and Tom Johnstone (Pam Saunders); his daughter, Denise “Deni” (Rick) Reichenbach; grandchildren, Theresa Johnstone, Kathleen Johnstone, Sarah (Shane) Forsythe, Jennifer Johnstone, Erika (Owen) Budorick, and Rachael Reichenbach; great grandson, Walter Andrew Forsythe; former spouses, Connie Anderson and Joy Johnstone, and many extended family members and dear friends.

A Funeral Service will be held at Lynch & Sons Funeral Home, 600 E. Main Street, Brighton, on Saturday, September 1, at 11AM. A luncheon will follow at Ciao Amici's Restaurant in Brighton.
Friends may visit at the funeral home on Friday, August 31, from 3-8PM and on Saturday from 10AM until the time of service. Memorials may be made in his name to the Wounded Warrior Project.
