Jayme Allen Albanelli, 39, of Howell, Michigan passed away on Thursday, July 7, 2022.
Jayme was born in Howell, Michigan on November 13, 1982 and grew up in Brighton, Michigan. He graduated from Brighton High School in 2001. From the time he was a young man, Jayme was destined to be a chef. He started his culinary studies in high school before achieving his dream when he graduated from The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. Cooking was his passion, combined with his hard-work effort, led him to a path of success.
His big heart, and kind and loving ways were known by all who knew him. He had a love of dogs and was known to bring in a stray dog to care for throughout his life. He enjoyed hunting and loved to spend time at his family’s farm in lower Michigan. He always enjoyed his time at the farm.
But for Jayme, his greatest joy was his daughter, Maya. He loved to play with, dressing up, or just being in her presence. She was his pride and joy. Although he may have left us way too soon, his legacy lives on with her and he can be proud to have conquered his dreams.
Devoted father of Maya Albanelli. Loving son of John Albanelli (Lesa) and Patricia Miller Daves (Brad). Dear brother of Michael Albanelli and Alexa Albanelli. Grandson of Carol Miller (the late Dalton) and the late Albert and the late Marilyn Albanelli. Step-grandson of the late Thomas and the late Beverly Petchell and Bob Davies and the late Jimmie Daves.
Services are being held privately.
Those wishing to make an expression of sympathy are asked to consider a donation to the Aaron Jacob Latham Memorial Scholarship Fund — Mt. Pleasant Area Community Foundation.
