Gladys Winstanley, a former resident of Farmington and Detroit and native of Fall River, Massachusetts, went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on August 9, 2017 at the age of 95.
Gladys was preceded in death by her brother, Harold Winstanley, and sisters, Doris (William) Barnes, and Eleanor (Walter) Johnson; and nephew, Bruce Winstanley.
She is survived by her nieces and nephews, Barb Kluck, Nancy (Daniel) Marsh, Steven (Patricia) Johnson, James (Sarah) Johnson; Richard Winstanley; Betty (Etienne) Poirier, William (Linda) Barnes, James “Jeb” Barnes, Brad Barnes, and many great nieces and nephews.
Gladys served her country in WAVES during WWII and was retired from Comerica Bank in Detroit where she worked for many years.
Memorial Service will be held at Grace Chapel Evangelical Presbyterian Church, located at 27996 Halsted Rd., Farmington Hills 48331, on September 9, 2017 11:00 AM.
