Obituary for Elizabeth "Mae" Wilson

Elizabeth Mae Wilson, a resident of Fenton, and former resident of Brighton and Hartland, died on October 3, 2018 at the age of 92.

Mae was born on November 20, 1925 in Parlette, Ohio, the daughter of John and Anna Stanchina.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Howard Eugene Wilson in 2001, and is survived by her children, Sandra (the late Edward) Schemke, Sharon (Wayne) Affholter, Susan Wilson, David (the late Carol) Wilson, Donald (Winnie) Wilson, Douglas (Vickie) Wilson and Shirley Wilson; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; brother, John Stanchina and many nieces and nephews.

Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 711 Rickett Road, Brighton, on Tuesday, October 9, at 10:30AM with The Rev. Fr. Mathias Thelen officiating. Friends may visit at the church from 9:30AM until time of Mass. Burial will follow in St. Patrick Calvary Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are encouraged in her name to the Alzheimer’s Disease Research, 22512 Gateway Center Drive, PO Box 1950, Clarksburg, MD 20871-1950. For further information please phone 810-229-2905.
