Obituary for Elizabeth "Libby" Johnson

Elizabeth “Libby” Johnson, a resident of Brighton, died at home on April 2, 2017 after a long, valiant battle with mandibular cancer. She was 76 years old. 


She is survived by her husband of fifty three years, Carl; daughters, Kristin (Bradley) Mali and Pamela (Michael) Skatzka; grandchildren, Bradley, Lauren, Nicholas and Heather Mali, Taegen and Hunter Skatzka; sisters, Pat (the late Jack) Lynch, Peggy (Robert) Hart, Kathy (David) Rendulic; brothers & sisters-in-law, Bruce (Janet) Johnson, Richard (Virginia) Johnson, Ted (Susan) Johnson, and many nieces, nephews, extended family members and dear friends. She was a member of Michigan Osteopathic Association Auxiliary for over thirty years.

A Funeral Service will be held at Lynch & Sons Funeral Home, 600 E. Main St., Brighton on Saturday, April 8, 2017 at 1 PM, with visitation beginning at 10 AM. Pastor Mark Milatz officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to the American Cancer Society.
